How Does This Work?
We will start by giving the testing site a full visual assessment. We take a swipe sample when the visual inspection is complete, which will be forwarded to a separate facility for analysis. Normally, the inspection report is delivered in 5-7 business days. However, for an extra cost, we will expedite your inspection report. The speed of the independent lab has a major impact on how quickly tests are completed.
Does This Test Meet My Needs?
Our services confirm whether or not your home is safe for occupation. Not lead free. If you require a test to guarantee there is no lead in your house after an abatement or actions to specifically remove lead, this is not for you.
You require lead-clear testing. Which we do not offer.
Cancellations
A full refund will be given for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time.
Booking fees apply to same-day cancellations.
When technicians arrive at the location, a 15 minute grace period is given before canceling if they can not get inside. Please check that the property is accessible and unobstructed at the time of inspection.
